INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE & POLICY QUALITY GROWTH RETAIL FUND
The objective of the Investment Compartment is to provide long term capital growth primarily by investing in principally in equity and/or equity-related securities of non-listed companies.
The Investment Compartment will seek to achieve its Investment Objective by investing principally in equity and/or equity-related securities of companies of any market capitalization incorporated or having their principal business activities in Europe with main focus in the regions of Cyprus and Greece, involved in the sectors of hospitality, education, health and real estate development. Since the investment objective is more likely to be achieved through an investment policy that is flexible and adaptable, the Investment Compartment may also on an ancillary basis seek investment opportunities in equity-linked securities of the abovementioned sectors as well as equity, equity linked and/or equity-related securities of companies which do not fulfil the requirements set out above.
Also, the Investment Compartment may invest in any other Investment Compartment of the Fund.
The Manager may change the Investment Policy of the Investment Compartment subject to a decision by the Board of Directors. Any changes in the Investment Policy of any Investment Compartment require the prior written approval of CySEC.
In the case of such an event, the Investors will be notified once the change in the Investment Policy becomes effective.
